Step 1:
Crush the garlic (not chop) and mix with the mayonnaise in a bowl. How much garlic is dependent on your taste. Step 2:
Spread the garlic mayonnaise down the middle of the wrap. Step 3:
Onto the mayonnaise place grated italian hard cheese. Step 4:
Squeeze a table spoon of lemon juice over the wrap. Step 5:
Grind some black peppercorns along the wrap Step 6:
Cut the lettuce coarsely, and place along wrap. Step 7:
Cut the chicken into thin strip and lay along the middle. Step 9:
Wrap up the wrap using whatever method you prefer (personally, I prefer to fol up the bottom about 1/4, and then roll oneside over, followed by t’other)
