Step 1:

  • Crush the garlic (not chop) and mix with the mayonnaise in a bowl. How much garlic is dependent on your taste.
  • Step 2:

  • Spread the garlic mayonnaise down the middle of the wrap.
  • Step 3:

  • Onto the mayonnaise place grated italian hard cheese.
  • Step 4:

  • Squeeze a table spoon of lemon juice over the wrap.
  • Step 5:

  • Grind some black peppercorns along the wrap
  • Step 6:

  • Cut the lettuce coarsely, and place along wrap.
  • Step 7:

  • Cut the chicken into thin strip and lay along the middle.
  • Step 8:

  • Wrap up the wrap using whatever method you prefer (personally, I prefer to fol up the bottom about 1/4, and then roll oneside over, followed by t’other)
  • Step 10:

  • Step 11:

  • Munch.
