This recipe is quick, easy and a yummy dessert. I mostly use it before the biscuits and banana’s go out of date or when I don’t have enough time to prepare a different dessert.

Before making this dessert, ensure that u have your dessert bowl/ glass ready and remember to layer all the igredients one after another.

First drizzle the chocolate syrup at the base of your dessert bowl

1. Then crush the hobnob biscuits and spread it as a base on top of the syrup (It can be thick or thin layer of biscuit, i prefer thick as it gives a crunch to the dessert)

2. Add the sliced bananas

3. Pour custard on top of banana

Follow step 1, 2 and 3 until u reach the top of your dessert glass/ bowl ensuring the crushed biscuit is at the top drizzled with syrup to your own accord.

To impress your guest, you can add a sprig of mint and grated chocolate. Enjoy!
