  • Place bacon under the grill and cook to desired result

  • Add 1/2 pint of chicken stock to a pan and bring to the boil

  • Reduce the heat and add 2-3 handfulls of frozen veg and simmer for approx 6 mins

  • Remove from heat and blend

  • You will have a bright green soup which you can add sliced bacon sprinkled on top

  • slap some butter on some bread and demolish!
