Ingredients

• 80G penne pasta
• 3(27g) cheese triangles
• 2 slices ham
• 1/2 tbls flour
• some water
• Frylight spray

Instructions

STEP 1:

cook pasta to desired consitancy

STEP 2:

chop up ham and spray a frying pan with frylight, heat until the spray turns clear add the ham and cook until crispy (3-5min) remove. add the cheese and chop with spoon add some water to help the cheese reduce, add the flour and mix well to create a thick but still loose sauces add ham and drained pasta mix.
