Cheese and ham pasta

Instructions

1. cook pasta to desired consitancy

2. chop up ham and spray a frying pan with frylight, heat until the spray turns clear add the ham and cook until crispy (3-5min) remove. add the cheese and chop with spoon add some water to help the cheese reduce, add the flour and mix well to create a thick but still loose sauces add ham and drained pasta mix.
