Step 1:

  • 1. Saute garlic and onion until brown. Mix in the chicken until it changes color.

  • 2. Pour the soy sauce and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • 4. Put in the bay leaves and peppercorn. Simmer for 10 minutes.
