Step 3: – chop up a decent-sized potato into bite size pieces.
Step 4: – place them into boiling water for 7 minutes, parboiling them.
Step 5: – chop up the onions and tomatoes, set aside.
Step 6: – drain potatoes and set aside.
Step 8: – cut up chicken breast
Step 12: start the skillet with cooking oil and onions, and settle on medium heat. Throw in the potatoes, and add seasoning how you like. Give it a good 6-8 minute head start. Throw in the chicken chunks and tomatoes and let it cook fully, adding more seasoning as desired.
Step 14: it’s done once the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are decently browned.
