A Tasty Chicken Curry

yummy crummy filling curry



  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • hand full of spinach
  • half pint of water
  • curry power
  • 1 sweet potatoe


1.dice chicken to moth size pieces

2.part cook the chicken.

3.dice up onions and sweet potatoes and add to a woc

4.add two spone full of curry powder into the sweet potatoe and onions.

5.add half pint of water and the coconut milk to the woc and put on simmer.

6.after 10 min add the part cooked chicken

7.leave to simmer until sweet potatoe are soft.

then dish up and enjoy :)

    Im trying to make a simple cheap chicken curry for dinner tomorrow. does anyone have any ideas? As this one seems to runny?

    i guess its meant to be coconut milk powder, which is why you need to add the water, then it's not too runny.

    made this today far too watery for my liking no need for the extra water when u have the coconut milk :(
