Cut chicken into chunks/small strips and brown in a frying pan,
Pour over lots of BBQ sauce,
Add peas...or any other veg you want to make it seem a bit healthier!,
Cook rice whilst leaving chicken to simmer,
May want to add some water in with the BBQ sauce at this point if it gets too thick...though this is so nice if the sauce is a bit thick!...
When rice is cook, pour the chicken and BBQ sauce mixture over it et voila!
