Chicken And Mushroom Pasta

Chicken and mushroom sauce with pasta



  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 250g pasta (any)
  • 6 or 7 mushrooms chopped (roughly)
  • 1 chicken oxo cube
  • garlic powder / salt / pepper
  • 2tbsp plain flour
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 or 2 tbsp marg or butter


Fill pot with water and leave to boil once boilng add chicken garlic powder an seasoning

fill another pot with water (salted) and put ur pasta in this one.

once cooked drain and set aside (for both)

now the sauce :)

add marg into a pan until melted and add the flour to make a paste now add ur milk slowly until u have a thick creamy sauce now add ur seasoning oxo cube and garlic powder stir frequently and lastly ur mushrooms< chicken and pasta simmer for 3 or 4 mins and then serve yummmmmmyyy :)
