STEP 1:

chicken breast
clove
corn
eel
ice
oil
pepper
rice
salt

Drain the tin of sweetcorn and mix it in with the cooked rice; boiled in a pot of water. Peel and chop the vegtables into small chinks and crush the galic cloves. Add all of this to the rice and sweetcorn, seasoning with the salt and pepper. Cook the chicken breast until they are pipinh hot and browned. Cut them into small chunks and add to the rice mix.
