In a pressure cooker put in your spices(optional)
then your onions and let them fry till they are golden brown,put in your ginger and garlic paste and let it fry,when the onions start to stick to the bottom put in the chopped tomatoes and mix well,put the chilli,tumeric and corriander powder and let them fry,put in your stock cubes and be careful not to put too much salt later because the stock cubes r salty,put your chicken in,u can pour in little water ,but personally ,i dont put any water and no it does not get burnt,close the pressure cooker and wait for approx.10 to 15 minutes.You can eat it with rice or chapathi/roti(flat bread).
