1. Place the chicken drumsticks on tin foil on an oven tray.
2. Cover them in olive oil, mixed herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Ensure that the whole of the chicken drumstick is covered (not coated).
3. Pull the sides of the tin foil over the top of the chicken and place in the oven until cooked.
(note: defrost chicken first if frozen).
