Chicken Goujouns

this is nice with chips and peas and its yummy



  • chicken fillets
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • some flour
  • paprika (not neede but good for flavour)
  • salt and pepper
  • a little oil


1)beat one egg in a bowl

and put some flour in a bowl with paprika and breadcrumbs in another bowl or plate doesnt really matter

2)cut your chicken fillets in to strips and then dip into flour until all white then egg and then breadcrumbs

3)after you have prepared you meat put a little oil in a pan and fry until golden brown quick and easy nice to eat with chips and peas mmmmmm
