Cut the chicken to pieces, rub some the cubes on the chicken.
in a pan, heat oil. Toss in some garlic, saute until aroma comes out then quartered tomatoes, add tomato paste and chicken. Cover the pan.
after about 5-8 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer until chicken is cooked. Garnish with bell peppers. Turn off heat and serve.
