Chicken Pesto Pasta

Really easy to make and tasty.



  • Chicken Breast
  • Tomato (your choice as to whether you buy it diced in a can, whole tomato's in a can or fresh)
  • Minced Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Pasta
  • Pesto
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Quantities vary depending on how many you're cooking for, pretty much just play it by ear.


First off get your pasta cooking.

Dice your chicken and tomato.

Heat up up the oil in a pan and add your chicken and garlic. How much garlic you put in pretty much depends on how much you like garlic.

Once chicken has been cooking for a few minutes just add the tomato.

Let it cook for a little while longer.

Drain your pasta and then add the pesto to it (for two servings worth of pasta I usually put a tablespoon of pesto in). Make sure you mix it up right through the pasta.

Then it's just a matter of serving it up.
