Cut chicken into chunks
put chicken in a bowl with the yoghurt and curry powder
make sure it is coated evenly and leave to marinade for an hour or so, but if u have time leave it overnight
place chicken on a baking tray and cook for around 20 mins, may take longer depending on how big your pieces are
serve with naan bread, salad and mint sauce

Ditch the meat but still spice up the night!!
