Chicken With Honey, Lemon And Ginger

  • chicken breast chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • stir fry noodles and vegetables


prepare marinade:

in a bowl add the chicken stock with the honey, ginger, black pepper and juice from the lemon.

bathe the chicken in the marinade then remove and fry in a wok.

once cooked add stir fry noodles and vegetables and the rest of the marinade until hot

    sounds great, cant wait to give it a try, could i leave the chicken to simmer in the pan on low heat for the chicken to absorb all of the stickyness. Thanks!
