1. Slice baby boil potatoes into approx. 1" slices and boil
2. Cut up chicken into small pieces and stir fry in soy sauce in a wok
3. Meanwhile finely slice onion and stir into chicken
4. Add sweetcorn and garlic to the mix
5. Add the potatoes and sweet chilli sauce and toss up until completely mixed
6. Throw in a bowl and serve.
