Wash hands thoroughly.
wash chicken breast and cut into cubes while heating up oil in wok pan.
fry chicken in oil till there are no signs of pink (about 10-15mins). Salt and season as you like.
stir fry onions, red pepper, garlic with chicken for a few minutes.
add beansprouts and cook for about 10mins with about 2 tbsps of water. Add sauce at this point and mix.
lastly, add noodles and mix properly. Let it sit for a few minutes on medium heat. Add some more salt and black pepper as you wish.
