Dice the chicken into cubes..... put to one side
Grab a bowl pour in some plain flour add the dash of water... then slowly mix in the Cider, beating the lumps out... Add salt.
Add a little more flour & cider depending on the consistency (should be gooey batter so it leaves a trail)
Pour 2in of veg oil into a high sided pot (never leave the pot while its on)
Dip the chicken (coating each one) into the batter & gently place into the hot oil for 1-2 mins...
Serve with egg fried rice or noodles :)
