fry the bacon depending to taste…quantities depending on how hungry you are…

fry the chicken in the bacon pan…until brown…

STEP 4:

add the chicken and the bacon to the white sauce and simmer on a LOW heat for about 15 mins.

Serve with mash.

You can use this as a filling for a pie – if so, then follow steps as above, the either buy ready made pastry, or make it yourself…line a pie tin, dollop in the creamy chicken, cover with pastry (dont forget to put a small hole in the top to let the steam out) and cook in the oven for 30 mins on 180…check regularly…and there ya have a home made pie!!
