Creamy Chicken

Quick and tastes delicious



  • 1 x chicken breast
  • Salt/Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tub full or low fat cheese spread (Philidelphia or similar) - herb or plain
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed herbs (if not in the cheese above) or if you fancy slightly more.
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Grated cheddar cheese


Slice chicken breast in half along the length, but do not cut right through - should open like a book

Season with salt/pepper

If using plain cheese spread, add herbs and mix together, then spread onto the chicken breast whilst it is open. Close the chicken breast so that the cheese spread/herbs are in the middle.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs/grated cheese.

Bake in oven 180C for half an hour or until cooked (depends on size of chicken breast)
