Dijon Mustard Chicken

A nice and easy recipe / Serves: 4


  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • cream (35% fat)
  • parsley
  • salt
  • Olive oil
  • black peper


1. Chop the onion, tomatos and chicken

2. Cook the onion in a pan with some olive oil at low heat

3. Once it is done we add the flour and mix it well

4. Then we chop the tomatoes in cubes and add to the mix.

5. When that is ready we add the chicken and salt and pepper

6. When the chicken is cooked we add the chicken broth and wait for it to absorb it (5-10mins)

7. We add the mustard and mix it

8. We add a bit of cream and the parsley

9. Cook for another 10 mins

10. Done!
