Put Your Chicken Breasts into a pre heated oven on 200/220 degrees for about 20 mins (depending how big they are)
While they are cooking great some cheese.. i use mature cheddar but its your choice.
once the chicken have cooked right through take them out of the oven but leave the oven on.
Put a good amount of cheese on top of the chicken breasts and squeeze some BBQ sauce on top of the cheese i tend to squeeze it in a zig zag way so it covers the whole breast.
once done pop the chicken back into the oven so let the cheese melt.
after the cheese has melted grab a knife and folk and dig in!
(Best served with jacket potato and salad)
