Cook rice and keep aside
take oil in a pan and heat it
add carrots and beans and saute until half cooked
add salt, pepper powder and soya sauce and vinegar (one teaspoon each)
add rice to the pan and mix well
add the left over vinegar and soya sauce and mix well
marination (30 min):
mix 1tablespoon cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt and egg white to the chicken and keep aside.
fry in oil and keep aside
add one tablespoon oil
add garlic slices and fry
add onion and fry until translucent
add capsicum and mix well until soft
add the fried chicken
add salt, pepper powder cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar.
close lid and cook in low flame.
when sauce thickens put the flame off.
garnish with chopped spring garlics or spring onions.
