Lemon Chicken Rice

tasty chicken on a bed of lemon rice



  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 lemon, juiced and grated
  • 1 pint of chicken stock
  • rice


put the rice, with the the lemon rind and juice and the chicken stock on the hob and leave to cook until done (about 10-15 mins).

meanwhile fry the chicken in a small pan, turning often for about 5-10 mins.

once the rice is done, put on a plate with the chicken cut into small pieces.

serve with salad and enjoy

    Try coating the chicken in breadcrumbs before you fry. Yum yum.

    sorry there is no measurements in your recipe i.e:rice (how many grams?)
