1- Preheat oven to 200C
2- In a bowl combine the mango chutney, 1bsp curry powder, 2tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp Mustard powder and 1tsp Oil
3- Oil an ovenproof dish and arrange the chicken breasts in it.
4- Pour chutney mixture over the chicken, and turn chicken to ensure full coating
5- Cover dish with foil and put in the oven for around 20mins, Until the chicken is fully cooked
6- Best served with noodles and stir fried veg
