Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over high heat.Add i sliced onion,5-6 garlic cloves,peppercorns,carrot.Let the flavors blend once the onions start to brown up, add salt,red chili powder or thai five spice powder black pepper.Then add your strips of boneless chicken,mushrooms,capsicum,stir with the chickens juice.Once the juices run dry,add 1/4 cup water and your cottage cheese cubes...
cook total for 8 mins on medium to high flame and your panner chicken is ready!
