cut chicken into cudes
and put to boil for 15 mins then add a pinch or curry powder and salt.
in a seprate pan fry the pineapple alone with almonds on low heat till almonds turn light brown, then remove pan from heat
when chicken is done add to pan with pineapple and almonds and add 2 tablespoons of soya sauce then fry for 5 mins.
and enjoy : )
