Cut the chicken into strips.
slice onions into thin strips.
add a little oil into a pan and fry off chicken and onions until cooked through.
drain off any oil or water left in pan.
sprinkle curry powder onto the chicken and stir through until chicken is coated.
add the double cream to the pan and stir through.
allow cream to reduce to a thick korma sauce.
cook rice off.
