1. Pre-heat oven at gas mark 5
2. Prepare/dice all ingredients, and dice the chicken breasts unless you have got pre-diced chicken
3. Put all ingredients into an ovenproof and mix together well and add additional seasoning such as salt/pepper and any other ingredients that may suit your own tastes
4. Put into the oven for approx 45 minute to an hour, making sure that chicken and all vegetables are cooked.
could be served with salad, rice, pasta, although i reccomend new potatoes with butter.
