Start By Mixing Flour Salt And Pepper And Chilli Powder In A Bowl Until Everything Is Mixed Well.
Cut Chicken Breasts Into Strips Around An Inch Thick.
Heat A Frying Pan/Wok At A Medium Heat And Add Oil. Just Enough To Cover Bottom Of Pan.
Put Chicken Into Mixed Flour Salt, Pepper And Chilli Until Coated. Shake Off And Place In Pan.
Cook In Batches Turning For 3-4 Mins Or Until Golden. (Cooked)
And Enjoy.
Very Nice In A Wrap With Mayo/Salad Cream With Salad Or Noodles, As Traditionaly A Chinese Dish.
Do NOT use 3tbsp of salt, it is incredibly salty! Perhaps use 3tsps instead

Made this tonight... tastes sooo good. Wasn't sure about quantities, as the ones above seem obscene. I used something like half a teaspoon of salt (and that still felt awful :P) and 1/4 of black pepper, and about 1/8 of chilli powder, and a small handful of flour. I also added a bit of ginger and paprika. It was gooooood.... definitely a keeper, just watch the quantities. The chilli gives it just the right amount of bite ;)
Is it an actual tbsp- tablespoon or a teaspoon? 'cause a tablespoon of salt'd kill ya....

Just made this and it is amazing. I made it with the chilli powder and it makes the chicken taste just like kfc. Definately going to be making it again. and again.
