-combine the seasonings in a bowl.
-sprinkle over the chicken thighs equally and rub in. Use it all up.
-pour the beer into the crock pot, place the bay leaf in the beer
-add the chicken thighs
-turn on high and let it cook for 5-6 hours. Be sure not to lift the lid.
-serve with minute rice and salad to save even more time
