Take the chicken breasts and cut the middle of the breast to make a little pocket.
Fill the pocket with the sun dried tomatoes, mozzerella cheese and a basil leaf
Wrap the whole chicken breast in parma ham
Wrap the completed chicken breast in tin foil
Put in the oven for about 40 minutes
Serve with chips, or waffles or whatever
