> peppers of any colour you want,
> tinned pineapple,
> bit of chopped onion
> vinegar (white wine vinegar works best)
> plenty of sugar to take away the bitterness of the vinegar
>pinch of salt
> (tbsp of sieved flour/cornflour if the mixture is really runny
then add this to the rest of the dish, and cook for about 15mins, until the sauce has thinkned up and is bubbling nicely.
