Combine flour, salt, pepper and taco seasoning on a plate. Use more taco seasoning if you like it spicy. Put this flour mixture on both sides of the chicken, then fry with the garlic until the chicken is browned on both sides.
Put the chicken into an oven safe dish, and top with salsa and cheese. Bake until the cheese is bubbly.
