Step 1:

  • 1. Butter Two Rammekins or something along the lines then dust with flour
  • Step 2:

  • 2. melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over hot water, once melted leave for 5 mins
  • Step 3:

  • 3. whisk the two eggs together with the sugar, preferably using electric wisk, then add the melted chocolate mixture
  • Step 4:

  • 4. then add flour to the mixture and fold until smooth, seperate between rammekins.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. put in oven for 10 minutes or according to taste (160*C)
