Step 1: 1. Butter Two Rammekins or something along the lines then dust with flour
Step 2: 2. melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over hot water, once melted leave for 5 mins
Step 3: 3. whisk the two eggs together with the sugar, preferably using electric wisk, then add the melted chocolate mixture
Step 4: 4. then add flour to the mixture and fold until smooth, seperate between rammekins.
Step 5: 5. put in oven for 10 minutes or according to taste (160*C)
