Step 1:

  • 1.In a bowl place all of the butter and beat it with a wooden spoon- until it is soft
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Now add half of the icing sugar and beat in until smooth, than add the other half once you can no longer see the whiteness in the mix.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Now add the milk and continue to beat the mix until smooth.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Stir in the Coco powder until it is completly well mixed in.
  • Step 5:

  • 5 Take the Swiss roll out of the packaging and place on the board/plate and cut off each end at an angle, to make a sort of triangler shape and place one on either end of the cake- sticking it on with the butter icing.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Coat the whole cake with the remaining icing, add effects of a log with a fork.
  • Step 7:

  • 7 Finally add the decorations of your choice and serve!!
