1.In a bowl place all of the butter and beat it with a wooden spoon- until it is soft

2. Now add half of the icing sugar and beat in until smooth, than add the other half once you can no longer see the whiteness in the mix.

3. Now add the milk and continue to beat the mix until smooth.
Step 4:
4. Stir in the Coco powder until it is completly well mixed in.

5 Take the Swiss roll out of the packaging and place on the board/plate and cut off each end at an angle, to make a sort of triangler shape and place one on either end of the cake- sticking it on with the butter icing.
Step 6:
6. Coat the whole cake with the remaining icing, add effects of a log with a fork.
Step 7:
7 Finally add the decorations of your choice and serve!!
