Comforting Pasta Soup

An extremely cheap, easy and tasty soup. great comfort food and easily adapted.

Ingredients

• A handful (or as much as you are hungry for) of small pasta, i use macaroni but any will work.
• 1 vegetable stock cube (or chicken, or beef, or half a chicken and half a veg)
• enough water to dissolve the stock cube and cook the pasta.
• you can adapt this recipe depending on what you have in the cupboards, try adding some carrots and other veg.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and dissolve the stock cube in it.

STEP 2:

cook the pasta as the packet instructs.

once cooked, ladle the soup and the broth into a bowl, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!

if you have some bread go ahead and dunk it in, crusty rolls, sliced, even croissants work.
