Banana Cake

yummy and slighly healty



  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of self raising flour
  • 1/2 butter
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil


1.preheat oven 160c

2. put the butte and sugar in a bowl and mix into a soft paste

3.add both eggs and whisk until fluffy

4.sieve the flour in and sir

5.mash the banana and add then stir

6.then spoon in to cup cake cases or a greased tin

7. cook in the oven for 30-40 mins or until golden brown

( keep checking to see if cooked with a knife testing in the middle)

    Me and my partner really enjoyed eating this! The right proportions of everything. We used half a cup of butter. I even iced mine just to make it that bit more interesting. Many thanks!
