1.preheat oven 160c
2. put the butte and sugar in a bowl and mix into a soft paste
3.add both eggs and whisk until fluffy
4.sieve the flour in and sir
5.mash the banana and add then stir
6.then spoon in to cup cake cases or a greased tin
7. cook in the oven for 30-40 mins or until golden brown
( keep checking to see if cooked with a knife testing in the middle)
yummy and slighly healty
Perhaps a little expensive for those on a budget but it makes a nice dessert and it's healthy.
I made this for my bf, and it went down a treat!
