Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup flour
  • half cup of chocolate powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • FILLING
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 package of shredded dried coconut
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • COVERAGE
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 50 gr grated coconut to decorate

Method

METHOD OF PREPARATION

MASS: In mixer, beat the egg whites until very stiff. Add the egg yolks and sugar, pour the milk little by little on a beating, place the flour and beat a little more chocolate and pour in the yeast form and bake for 40 minutes

FILLING: light condensed milk, coconut and butter stirring constantly until the fire starts to boil simmer for 2 minutes and stuff when the cake is warm

COVERAGE: take the condensed milk chocolate powder and butter to the fire stirring for 3 minutes and porvilhe snake cake with shredded coconut
