Curry Mutton

Ingredients

  • Lamb meat or Mutton... could even use Beef.
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Curry Powder
  • All purpose seasoning
  • Thyme
  • Chilli

Method

Cut the meat into smallish chunks and add to a pan with finely sliced onion, garlic and thyme and brown for 3 minutes.

Add a pint of water so it just about covers the meat and add a couple of teaspoons of all purpose and three tablespoons of curry powder.

Leave the soften for a couple of hours so the meat is soft. You can thicken up the sauce by adding a slight bit of flour.

Serve with rice with some kidney beans and ENJOY!
