Turn the oven on low, about 180 degrees. Smear half the butter on a baking tray, scatter the sage leaves over it and stick the baking tray in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Boil the kettle, pour the water into a pan, and switch the hob on.
Now get a decent sized frying pan hot, pour in some olive oil and add the garlic (either sliced up or use a garlic crusher) and the prawns.
While this is going on, chuck in the gnocchi and the green beans in the boiling water. Cook for a couple of minutes, until the gnocchi starts rising to the top of the water, and drain.
By this point the prawns should start to be getting pink and tender, so add the gnocchi and green beans to the frying pan. Add the rest of the butter, juice of half a lemon, the sage (should be nice and crispy straight out the oven) a handful rocket and season well with salt and black pepper. Keep cooking until you start to see some buttery crispy bits on the gnocchi, and then devour straight away!
