Fry up the mince in a large frying pan (both beef and pork), drain the oil and add the tomatoes in. simmer them until they bubble, and completely take off of the heat. When the ingredients are no longer bubbling, add in 1tbsp of creme fraiche, and season with 1/2 tbsp of paprika. Stir well.
Cook pasta/rice and serve.
This will serve 4-6 people depends on how much mince you use.
