Peppery Potato Wedges

Great for dvd nights, tasty, no bad breath after.

Ingredients

  • 5 peeled otatoes
  • 3 tsp pepper
  • 1 big bowl
  • 1 baking tray
  • couple glugs olive oil
  • sprinkle of salt

Method

1 pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

2 chop the potatoes into wedges

3 plonk them into bowl with afew glugs of olive oil

4 mix in the salt and pepper.

5 empty bowl onto baking tray and shove into top shelf of oven for 45 minutes
