Grill pork chops for 10-15 mins depending on size etc. Put salt, pepper and small amount of butter on them. (Also herbs if to your taste.)
For sauce, slice up spring onions and mushrooms. Fry in frying pan with a little butter. Make up 1/4 pint vegetable stock. Add tablespoon of flour to mushrooms and spring onions when soft. Then put in stock and allow to simmer. Add more water is required. Leave for 5 mins. When chops are cooked add cream to sauce, leave to heat for few mins then serve immediately.
