Combine egg, flour, cornmeal, and garlic salt/pepper/paprika to taste (IMPORTANT: Do not actually taste the batter with raw egg in it)
Slice each testicle into 1/4" thick slices.
Put about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a pot heat on high.
Coat each testicle slice in the batter, and drop into hot oil. Deep fry for 3-5 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve testicle slices warm with ketchup, hot sauce, and/or mayonaise. Leftovers can be put in soup for lunch the next day.
