Salmon fillets oven poached with chilli and lime



  • Salmon Fillets (one each) - look for deals especially on a sunday afternoon.
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • One large red chilli deseeded and chopped
  • Salt & Pepper


Place the fillet(s) on a sheet of tin foil. Pour on the lemon juice, scatter the chilli, salt and pepper. Wrap in the foil and cook for 14-16 minutes on gas mark 6 at the top of the oven. Serve with salad and new potatoes. You cant go wrong.

    Works really well :) i used sweet chili sauce instead of the whole chili though. :)
