Simple Garlic And Chilli Prawns

A very simple recipe for a very tasty starter



  • Good raw prawns (as many as you like)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 whole chillies
  • Olive oil


Very simple recipe, chop the cloves and garlic roughly and fry in the a good amount of oil for 3-4 minutes.

Add the prawns and fry, spooning the oil over the prawns, until pink.

Drain and serve with good crusty bread.
