Tomato Mushroom On Polenta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbs slat
  • water
  • polenta
  • butter
  • parmasan (grated)
  • rosmary
  • large tomato
  • mushrooms
  • garlic
  • olivee oil
  • A rocket
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Method

Make salted water

add polenta

add butter

cheese and herbs

Cool

Put in fridge

Heat tomato and mushrooms,olive oil then marinate

Preheat oven

Bake for 15 mins

Grill polentna

Put tomato on top
